A. System Engineer

Responsibility:
• Provide helpdesk and onsite support to stores / office according to prescribed service standard
• Perform server & infrastructure maintenance, support and troubleshooting
• Perform database installation and administration
• Onsite and on call support service to stores are required

Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2 years of working experience in helpdesk or infrastructure support; with experience in SQL or Exchange Server administration is an advantage
• Good analytical mind and communication skills, proactive and able to work independently
• Good command of English

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Technician.
