2024
  • In January 2024, CRA expanded its footprint to Singapore with the acquisition of Zoff Singapore.

2020
  • In November 2020, CRA signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to sell its Circle K convenience store business in Hong Kong to Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., the owner of the Circle K brand and a global leader in the convenience retailing industry. The deal was concluded in December 2020.

  • In September 2020, CRA obtained the franchise license to operate Patisserie Mon cher in Hong Kong and Macau. It's first location is the Sogo Department store in Causeway Bay.

  • Saint Honore's O2O "Cake Easy" CRM program has reached membership of 800,000 as online demand for bakery products continues to surge during the year.

2019
  • Circle K's "OK Stamp It" app celebrated two wins at Marketing Magazine's prestigious Mob-Ex Awards 2019, including Silver for "Best App - Retail" and Bronze for "Best Use of Interactive Media".

2018
  • Circle K Hong Kong's proprietary O2O CRM programme, "OK Stamp It", had over 1.2 million members.

    Circle K Hong Kong was recognised by the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) - the world's largest organisation for convenience store operators - as the "Asian Convenience Industry Leader of the Year 2018" due largely to the success of "OK Stamp It".

  • The first Zoff eyewear shop was opened at Taikoo Cityplaza in Hong Kong

2016
  • In August, Circle K Hong Kong launched a digital CRM platform "OK Stamp It", which was a huge success with nearly 500,000 members joining from its launch through the end of the year.

2015
  • The Circle K business in Guangzhou, China was sold to its controlling shareholder, Fung Holdings (1937) Limited.

2011
  • The listing of CRA was transferred to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June.

2010
  • The 300th Circle K store in Hong Kong was opened.

2007
  • CRA acquired Saint Honore Holdings Limited in February. After the acquisition, the two businesses were successfully integrated.

2006
  • The 250th Circle K store in Hong Kong was opened - making Circle K the biggest company-owned-and-managed retail store chain in Hong Kong.

2004
  • The Circle K Flagship Store for Southern China was opened at Fortune Plaza, Guangzhou.

2002
  • The first Circle K store in Guangzhou, China was opened.

  • The first Saint Honore Cake Shop was also opened in Guangzhou, China.

2001
  • CRA was successfully listed on the GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The IPO was 14 times oversubscribed.

  • The number of Circle K outlets in Hong Kong reached 100.

1992
  • The first overseas Saint Honore Cake Shop was opened in Macau.

  • Saint Honore mooncake was launched in Hong Kong, North America & China markets.

  • The first Circle K store in Hong Kong was established by Li & Fung Retailing.

  • The first Saint Honore Cake Shop in Hong Kong was opened at Happy Valley.
